The Opportunity Join Aggregate Industries as a HSEQ Compliance Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring our health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) systems are implemented and maintained to the highest standards. This position gives you the opportunity to contribute to sustainable operations and safe working environments across the business. Heres why this role stands out: Support the roll-out and ongoing implementation of our Integrated Management System (IMS), helping streamline processes across operational sites. Provide training, guidance, and support to local teams, fostering understanding and compliance with HSEQ management systems. Work closely with teams to promote best practices, prepare for audits, and manage corrective actions to ensure continued compliance and improvement. Be a key player in driving sustainable operations, ensuring safe workplaces and effective quality management for products and services. Who You Are Youre an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for HSEQ management and systems implementation. You enjoy working collaboratively to promote compliance and continuous improvement. Heres what makes you a great fit: Understanding of HSEQ standards, including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. Experience with systems like iCare, KMI, or HSEQ filing is an advantage. Strong communication and training skills to support teams in understanding and implementing processes. Confident managing audits, reviewing non-conformance trends, and coordinating corrective actions. Ability to manage documentation, monitor compliance, and stay organized across multiple tasks.
